Empowering Field Operations with Web-based and Mobile GIS

Geographic Information System (GIS)—both web-based and mobile—is a mapping tool developed by the Segregation Team (TSD) to support fieldwork and mapping operations. The web-based GIS requires an internet connection and can be accessed from desktops and mobile browsers, including iOS devices, making it suitable for both office and field use. The mobile version, developed for Android, is designed specifically for field personnel and supports offline mapping, providing access to spatial data without the need for an internet connection. This tool is intended for linemen, engineers, meter readers, disconnectors, and other technical staff involved in day-to-day operations.
